The Bernalillo County Zoning Administration has released their agenda for a hearing on March 14, 2018. A board member from Sandia Heights Homeowners Association will be in attendance at the hearing for informational purposes. The following is number 13 on their agenda:

Notice is hereby given that the Zoning Administrator for Bernalillo County will hold a hearing in the City/County Building, One Civic Plaza, NW, Vincent E. Griego Chambers, Basement Level, Room B2125 on Wednesday, March 14, 2018 at 9:00 a.m. for the purpose of considering the following requests:

.......13. ZA2018-0039 (C-23) N. East Arch + Plan Land Use Consultants LLC, agent for 9500 Tramway LLC., requests conditional use approval to allow the retail sale of beer or/and wine, without a restaurant, with a Small Brewers Liquor License, including manufacturing of beer for on-site consumption or sales and a Winegrowers Liquor License, including manufacturing (excluding vineyard) of wine on site for on-site consumption or sale on Lot 3-B-2, Tract 1, Sandia Heights South, Unit 7, located at 9500 Tramway Blvd. NE, zoned C-1, containing approximately .91 acres.
