If you are considering making any changes to your land, the structures on the land, or your home's exterior, please familiarize yourself with the architectural review process and then submit an ACC application.
Please remember:
Architectural review is required before any construction, renovation, remodeling, landscaping, or other permanent changes to the exterior areas under the property owner’s control. There are no exceptions.
No exterior changes may begin until approved in writing by the ACC.
All noisy work must be limited to 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., Monday through Saturday. Please be considerate of your neighbors and do not schedule exterior work on Sundays.
