Become an SHHA Member
Joining the Sandia Heights Homeowners Association is simple for eligible property owners.
To get started, complete this request form:
sandiahomeowners.org/account/request
After submitting the form, our system will check your property address. If your address is not currently enrolled as an SHHA member, you will see an option to request membership.
That request is sent to the SHHA office, and staff will coordinate with Sandia Heights Services (SHS) to begin billing through your SHS account.
You may also request membership by contacting the office directly at office@sandiahomeowners.org.
- Membership is available to eligible Sandia Heights property owners.
- Renters may not become SHHA members, but many neighborhood resources and community benefits remain available to all residents.
