A special concert featuring Lisa McCormick, a Vermont singer/songwriter, will be held for Sandia Heights residents on April 29th. The concert will also be open to friends, relatives, and members of the Church of the Good Shepherd congregation, with donations suggested. In other news, the SHHA successfully secured funding for various improvements in Sandia Heights, including road resurfacing, noise abatement, and a waste water study, thanks to the efforts of State Legislators.

The Sandia Heights community is seeking nominations for new Board Directors, to be elected at the Annual Meeting in June. Potential candidates are encouraged to review the duties listed in the directory of residents and consider serving a rewarding 3-year term. The Architectural Control Committee has been active in reviewing and approving various projects in the neighborhood, while volunteers are sought to join the committee to ensure fair covenant enforcement.
