Sandia Heights Website Redesign
The Sandia Heights website has been redesigned to make it easier for residents to quickly find the information they use most.
What’s new and improved on the website:
The most frequently visited destinations are now front and center in the homepage menu:
Tram Tickets
The GRIT newsletter
Unit Covenants
Architectural Guidelines
(Together, these account for approximately 83% of site traffic.)
Urgent and time-sensitive postings are easier to find.
Clearer headings and more intuitive category organization.
Streamlined navigation throughout the site.
Standardized layout and structure across committee pages.
All content from the previous website has been transferred. While we expect everything to be intact, the new structure should make information easier to locate and maintain going forward.
How to explore the site:
Use the menu in the upper left corner of the homepage to navigate.
Scroll down the homepage to find board meeting information and current announcements.
Updated Email Communication Lists
As part of improving how we communicate with residents, SHHA has also introduced separate email lists so messages are clearer and easier to manage:
Essential Updates – Time-sensitive HOA information such as safety notices, elections, and major infrastructure issues.
Frequent Updates – General neighborhood news, announcements, meetings, and community information.
GRIT e-Delivery – An electronic version of The GRIT newsletter.
At launch, residents may receive messages from more than one list as this system is rolled out. Over time, these lists will allow residents to better manage the type and frequency of emails they receive.
Your SHHA Account
If you are a resident or property owner in Sandia Heights, you can now manage your contact information, directory preferences, and print GRIT newsletter delivery preferences (for dues-paying SHHA members) through the My Account area of the website: https://sandiahomeowners.org/account
If you notice any website issues, broken links, or email-related problems, please report them to ithelp@sandiahomeowners.org. Your feedback is appreciated as we continue refining these systems.
Thank you for your patience and for helping us improve how SHHA communicates and shares information.
