Discounted Tram Pass Information

Sandia Heights Homeowners Association (SHHA) offers discounted Tramway Passes as a benefit to homeowner members. 

SHHA has purchased eight (8) Tram passes per day. Since we only have a limited number of passes to give out each day, you should plan ahead. 

Passes are non-reservable, non-refundable and non-exchangeable. 

Plan Ahead: SHHA is not involved in scheduling for the dining area at the Tram. 

If you’d like to visit the dining area, please contact the Tram directly to make a reservation and confirm their hours before purchasing tickets. 

Tram passes are sold on an in person, first come first served basis.

Here is how it works:

1. Please pick a date to ride the Tram and check availability on the calendar below. 
   • NOTE: Only 1 date may be purchased at a time per residence. You may buy as many passes as available on the 1 day you choose; however, you have to use the tickets bought first before you may purchase passes for another date.
2. Come in to the SHHA Office at 12700 San Rafael Ave NE, Suite 3 and use the self-service kiosk to pay only $10.00 per person (credit or debit card preferred, check possible). New price starting January 2026: $13 per ticket

Check the Weather & Purchase Tickets Before You Arrive. If the Sandia Peak Tramway closes on the day you purchased passes, the cashier at the Sandia Peak Tramway will stamp the authorization letter/ticket(s) for a 30-day raincheck.
