The Sandia Heights Homeowners Association Annual Meeting will take place on:

Saturday, February 21, 2026

9:00 – 11:00 AM

Church of the Good Shepherd

All residents are encouraged to attend. The Annual Meeting is an important opportunity to hear updates from the Board, learn about Association business, and participate in key discussions and votes.


Questions for the Board

Please submit questions for the SHHA Board of Directors in advance of the meeting. We will make every effort to address submitted questions during the Annual Meeting.

Because meeting time is limited, it may not be possible to answer every question live. All submitted questions will receive a written response, which will be posted publicly after the meeting.

Bylaws Review & Vote

Materials related to the bylaws review will be made available ahead of the meeting. In addition, informational sessions will be held in January to provide background, explain proposed changes, and answer questions prior to the vote.

A formal vote on the bylaws will take place during the Annual Meeting on February 21.
